Privacy Policy
Last updated 9 October 2026
Ninety10 is a marketing platform run from Brisbane, Australia. This policy covers this website. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.
What This Website Collects
Very little. The site has no sign-up form, no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies and no analytics.
- Our host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested) to run and secure the site.
- Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
- If you email us, we keep your email and anything you include in it, such as your name, your business and your website.
How We Use It
We use what you send us to reply, to set up a trial if you ask for one, and to keep a record of our conversation. We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising.
Who We Share It With
Only the services we need to run the site and our email: Vercel for hosting, Google Fonts, and our email provider. Some of these store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We'll only share it with anyone else if the law requires it.
The Platform
If you start a trial, the platform connects to your marketing accounts and handles business data as well. That is covered by a separate agreement and privacy terms, which you'll see before you connect anything.
How Long We Keep It
We keep emails for as long as we're talking with you, plus up to two years after that, then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your Rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email hello@ninety10.app and we'll reply within 30 days.
If you're not happy with how we've handled a privacy concern, tell us first. If it still isn't sorted, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
